JOIN OUR CREW

We’re an all-female skate organization focused on uniting women through skateboarding, getting together to be outside, to skate along the waterways and clean-up the litter along the way. Every group skate will be held near water and on roads with limited traffic or designated pathways for skating.

What You Should Know

Join the skate group ride, where there will be twenty or more friendly gals all wanting to skate the same line down the road.

For this kind of riding, we suggest you sign up when you can control your skateboard without any help (stand on your board, push and turn).

Bring your skateboard of choice, a helmet (and other protective equipment). Arrive hydrated and bring a reusable water bottle and a portable snack. At each of the destinations, there will be a place to buy food and fill-up your water bottle.

Some wheels are better at pushing for distance than others. We recommend wheels made of urethane or polyurethane, within the 78a-88a durometer range. Our favourite local skate shop will set you up online or in-person: Top of the World Skate Shop (est. 1993) @totw

Sign up to be notified about upcoming events (don't worry, we never spam!) or come meet us with your board and helmet on the last Sunday of every month for a group hangout.

Tally of Debris Collected

Check back on this page to see an infographic of the top ten items of trash collected from the beaches, how many pounds of garbage were removed/recycled during our activities and how many volunteers showed up to make a difference. We’re counting on you!
