Established in 2022, our band of women who longboard, surf-skate or skate cruise-style, encourage others from all over Canada's Capital City and beyond to meet up with us and try-out our group skate sessions. Dates are usually set on the last Sunday of every month, May to September. Come out and be a part of our skate crew, who consciously give back to the community by hosting beach cleans along the Ottawa River. Best way to contact us for more info? Who can participate? Any woman or non-binary skateboarder who wants to cruise, carve or bomb a smooth ride, in the open-air, in a group supportive environment.
OUR MISSION
We’re an all-female skate organization focused on uniting women through skateboarding, getting together to be outside, to skate along the waterways and clean-up the litter along the way. Every group skate will be held near water and on roads with limited traffic or designated pathways for skating.
COMMUNITY FOCUS
Our values are inclusion, goodwill, and determination. We aim to make sure that in every community that we visit along the Ottawa River, residents feel welcome to join our skate line and beachcomb with us to remove threats of pollution to our natural shoreline in Ottawa.
